Referral Program FAQs

Our referral program rewards existing customers for inviting friends, family, or colleagues to use our car rental service. When someone uses your referral code and completes a qualified booking, you earn a reward.

Once you become a customer, you’ll receive a unique referral code that you can share with others.

Simply share your referral code with your contacts. They need to enter this code when filling out the booking form.

Rewards are issued after the referred customer successfully:

- Completed a booking (minimum of 7 days)

- Made the payment

- Signed the required agreement

No, you can refer as many people as you’d like. There’s no limit to how many rewards you can earn.

A qualified referral is a new customer who:

- Uses your referral code

- Completes the full booking process

- Is not an existing or duplicate customer

No, self-referrals are not allowed and will be disqualified.

Referral codes must be entered at the time of submission. Unfortunately, we may not be able to apply a referral after the form has been submitted.

You can reach out to our team anytime to check the status of your referrals and rewards.

Rewards are processed after verification and are typically released within a few business days after the booking is completed.

You will get $30 every successful referral.

Yes, referrals may be rejected if:

- The customer already exists in our system

- An invalid or incorrect referral code is used

- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected

Yes, we may update, modify, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
